Duties and Responsibilities
Maintaining the pool kitchen and surrounding areas in a clean and sanitary manner by following the cleaning schedules and company standards.
Being a key point of contact with Steward Supervisor, Pool Supervisors, and Pool Grill Chefs
Cleaning stoves, ovens, grills, refrigerators using cleaning solutions, brushes and wash clothes
Washing utensils, such as pots, trays, and pans by using cleaning detergents
Washing dishware, glasses, and cutlery by hand or machine
Performing general janitorial cleaning, such as sweeping and mopping floors, and washing worktables

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Previous dishwasher experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Ability to be on one’s feet for long periods of time
Ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment
Able to work non-traditional work shifts (hours), weekends and holidays
Will be expected to perform other tasks or projects as assigned or requested by the Supervisor.
