- A high school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
- Preferably one year of experience in a credit-based call center environment.
- Availability for a 10:30 am -7:00 pm shift and reliable transportation.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Flexibility to navigate an ever-changing work landscape, including process adjustments and shift rotations.
- A proactive approach with a well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through.
