Job Abstract

As the Sales Planning Analyst / Sales Planner, you will contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning process for Liberated Brands in North America. The candidate in this position will be measured against the sales and financial goals of the business unit. Fiscal budgets / forecasts (Sales & GP)Operating SG&A budgets. Sales rep territory targets / plans. Purchasing OTB plan alignment w/ Demand Planning. Monthly shipping forecasts / tools to plan the month. Ad hoc BI reports - regularly as needed. Retail Sales reporting - regularly as needed. Partner with cross-functional teams to assure accuracy of sales related systems. Seasonal demand planning forecast templates. Provide analysis and guidance for SMU and In-Line Product Split and At-Once vs. Pre-Book splits which drive purchasing plans and margin performance. Provide all necessary documents for analysis into Seasonal Sales meetings Work with cross functional team on new revenue initiatives including revenue plan, timing analysis, and profitability analysis. Other duties as assigned WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Bachelor's degree required 5 years experience in revenue planning/demand planning. Experience in P&L planning and analysis. Microsoft Word and extensive Excel experience is a must. Full Circle experience preferred. Microsoft BI experience. This position requires some on-site hours at our HQ in Costa Mesa, CA; however, some duties can be performed remotely
