We are actively searching for an onsite Services Support dispatcher. As a Dispatcher you will be responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, monitoring driver logs, keeping records, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members. This also includes scheduling, booking, and coordinating appointments with our service field support team and updating other colleagues regarding any changes or cancellations. 
 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Handling troubleshooting, complaints and repair requests for equipment and products for HydraFacial.
  

• Keeping meticulous records and technical support logs, follows established company procedures and but not limited to solving problems over the phone.
  

• Arranges for repair of equipment as well as sends out loaners (as necessary) if troubleshooting fails.
  

• Managing onsite equipment repair, including maintenance, troubleshooting and test tasks.
  

• Production of timely and detailed service reports.
  

• Troubleshoot simple to complex issues.
  

• HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:  Requirements: 
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace. 
  •Able to lift or move 25 – 50 lbs., and occasionally lift and or move up to 100 lbs.  
  •Comfortable bending, standing, and kneeling  
  •Comfortable with working overtime when required
  •Have previous experience in a warehousing, manufacturing environment as well as office setting.
