You will oversee the contract management process while collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues effectively and efficiently with payors. This will involve analyzing contract-related trends and providing recommendations for corrective action planning. Respond to internal inquiries regarding contracts and One-Time Agreements (OTA), and coordinate with Contract Managers as appropriate. You will manage contracts, maintain electronic contract data, and present data insights in support of critical decision-making. You will also disseminate contract information both internally and externally, serve as the primary administrator for the MediTract Contracts Database, and maintain credentialing files for all UCLA Health facilities and process payor credentialing requests.
Salary Range: $29.94 - $47.76/hourly

We’re seeking an independent, customer-focused, detail-oriented individual with:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training
Three or more years of office operations, project, or program management experience
Experience in a managed care setting
Knowledge of managed care contracting principles and processes
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
Expertise in analyzing data and identifying trends, generating pivot tables, charts
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management software
Ability to extract, compile, and format data to produce reports, presentations, training materials, etc.
Excellent problem-resolution abilities
