The Vice President of Hospital Finance will report directly to the CEO. Supported by A director, a controller, supervisors as well as a large team of Accountants and Patient Account Representatives, this person will play a key role in the management of the Finance Department.

The Vice President of Hospital Finance will play the crucial role in overseeing all financial operational functions of the hospital. They must be able to collaborate with all levels of the facility to ensure financial goals are achieved and unite all departments that report to this person. These departments include Accounting, General Ledger, Billing, Financial Analysis, and auditing. The Vice President of Hospital Finance will ensure all budgets and statements are precise and accurate, organizing meetings with the staff to ensure that everyone is on the same page, and keeping the CEO informed of all budgetary and financial matters pertaining to revenues and expenses. The Vice President of Hospital Finance will also use their educational and professional experience to ensure that all audits are timely and accurate.
