What you will do:

Serve as the Advisor’s primary point of contact and own their reason for calling from start to finish. Contact can be via phone or email.
Topics can range from helping them with new account openings, trading accounts, servicing transactions, account billing, and account performance reporting.
Provide support to our advisors with our key technologies, mainly Orion.
Utilize Salesforce CRM tool to accurately record and track service requests and follow-up.
Work closely with other teams across the organization to achieve win-win outcomes for our Advisors.
Participate in projects regarding advisory platform enhancements, new functionality, and system and processing improvements.
Staying current on platform enhancements and procedures, as well as regulation updates.
Ensuring a smooth, white-glove experience for both existing and onboarding advisors to the RIA platform.
What you need to have:
2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with an RIA or Broker-Dealer
MS Office experience with proficiency in Excel including V-lookups
Team player with great initiative and excellent judgment, innovative and experience facilitating tasks that may be outside their daily course of business
2+ years of providing quality Customer Service
2+ years of problem resolution in an office environment
Superior client service skills, including timely problem resolution, responsiveness, and professionalism
Ability to work independently & confidently in a fast-paced environment
What is nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Experience with financial systems such as Orion, Salesforce, Docupace, etc.
Strong understanding of the interworking of advisory/fee-based programs
FINRA S7 & S66 (or S63+65) licenses required (or be willing to obtain in 6 months)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong technical skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and database tools
Superior decision-making skills
Compensation:
The base annual salary range for this role is $45,000- $55,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
