Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
Experience writing robust code in Python
Strong experience with SQL, PostgreSQL or Snowflake preferred
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as Keras or PyTorch and libraries such as scikit-learn.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Preferred Experience:
MS in computer science preferably with AI specialization or mathematics
3+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with 1+ year of experience with ML
Experience developing ML feature pipelines based on data from production data stores
Experience working with non-engineering teams to understand requirements and how they can be quantified as ML model tests.
