Under administrative direction tasked with strategically planning, managing, coordinating and overseeing all activities and personnel within various staff positions including, administration, citizen participation, research and finance. Supervise assigned personnel to ensure effective task performance. Additionally, serve as the primary support for the Urban Forestry Manager taking on responsibilities such as preparing permits for signature, drafting correspondence, scheduling Urban Forestry Manager meetings and events, coordinating mass mailings and managing office and operational supplies. Track staff training and ensure annual compliance with OSHA and ANSI regulations. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
