The Operations Manager is responsible for projecting and integrating the Mission and Core Values of the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) within the Fitness Center.
The Operations Manager – will be responsible for the logistical, quality assurance and administrative operations of all Fitness Center programs. Responsibilities include management of all Fitness Center programs and assisting with the development and coordination of all Ftiness Center operational processes and services.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Operations
Plans, leads, organizes, and controls all aspects of daily operations of the Fitness Center.
Establishes and maintains Fitness Center policies and procedures that will provide a consistent and documented approach to achieve program goals and quality assurance.
Assists in the development of Fitness Center Operations Strategic Plan.
Coordinates the execution of daily, monthly & quarterly plans of action & agenda-setting for Fitness Operations.
Leads weekly Operations Staff Meetings for Fitness Center teams.
Assists in the oversight, review and evaluation of tasks and responsibilities for the Fitness Center.
Assists in the coordination and management of communications, operations tasks, activities, and projects among the Fitness Center and AHF.
Identifies areas of improvement or issues with structures and processes within and across Operations. Assesses logistical needs and program barriers and identifies tools and approaches to overcome those barriers.
Helps develop and monitor key metrics to measure and assists in their evaluation for improvement.
Coordinates and supports the launch of new operational systems and processes.
Facilitates implementation of processes to optimally streamline operations.
