Job Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:

• Performs and documents patient assessments and interventions in a timely, accurate, and concise manner, utilizing hospital and departmental charting formats.
• Form interdepartmental relations with other department leaders in order to ensure a smooth department transition for patients
• Attends and participates in departmental staff meetings, and in-services.
