Compensation: $24.00 an hour
Hours: Full-time, 8am - 5pm
Location: Remote

As a Group Sales Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering top-notch service to our valued travel partners and guests. You'll be responsible for coordinating and managing group bookings, as well as assisting with individual bookings. Key Responsibilities:
Group Bookings: Initiate and maintain contact with group producers, manage group files/accounts, and ensure all special requests are fulfilled seamlessly.
Inventory Management: Oversee group inventory, handle allocations and releases, and escalate inventory challenges as needed.
Financial Management: Collect and process group payments, maintain detailed financial records, and provide financial summaries to clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies/group producers through regular follow-up calls and communication of promotions.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, Marketing, and IT to facilitate client requests and address system issues.
FIT Bookings: Handle inbound sales calls, process payments, and assist with special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead Generation: Make outbound calls and emails to qualify leads, promote products, and drive sales conversions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity of bookings and uphold product quality standards to meet client needs.
Database Management: Verify and update client information in the reservations database as necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in relevant software and systems
Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
