Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join our dynamic law firm client!
Post cash receipts to relevant accounts, researching/resolving unidentified receipts, and reviewing delinquent A/R including performing steps to recover receivables.
Perform A/P functions including matching vendor invoices, general ledger (G/L) coding, creating weekly check runs and out of cycle/rush checks, and preparing monthly and year-end 1099 reporting and maintaining W-9 files; and overflow eBilling.
Generate monthly financial projections report and bank reconciliations; handling daily banking and deposits.
Perform client intake activities to ensure accurate information is entered.
Position Requirements:
Advanced Excel user with familiarity with commonly used law firm accounting software (firm uses PerfectLaw).
Experience with eBilling software such as Tymetrix 360, CounselLink, and Serengeti or similar will be helpful to review and edit pre-bills, and create client invoices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
