We are currently seeking a Marketing Logistics Coordinator to join our Marketing team based in Santa Monica, CA.
JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing release schedule updates, production schedules, and product pricing and procurement for Home Video and Digital Releases for AMC Networks.
Managing production process for premium home video releases, including obtaining price quotes from vendors, communicating specs and requesting samples, obtaining approvals as required
Overseeing DVD/BluRay authoring process, working with vendors to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met
Updating drafting calendar and title lists for promotions across EST, AVOD and Home Video
Tracking changes across various release schedules and updating systems as needed
Overseeing production schedules and communicating any delays and changes
Distributing multiple release schedules both internally and externally
Regularly monitor key sites to ensure home video and digital releases are available for pre-order and all marketing materials are present and correct
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
Bachelor’s degree
0-2 years of relevant experience managing schedules, workflows, logistics in an administrative environment
Preferred experience with procurement – securing bids, placing orders, etc.
Must be proficient in MS Excel and Airtable
The base compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $53,000 commensurate with experience.
