We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and results-driven Associate Strategic Marketing Manager to join our team within the consumer business for Latin America. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, digital marketing acumen and a passion for developing and executing marketing campaigns, launching products, promotions and general programs. You will be involved in supporting the process of promoting our brand, products and/or services. You will also have a clear understanding of the full marketing funnel to actively collaborate and coordinate campaigns and promotion deployments across Latin America regions working closely with creative and digital agencies. This position will be based out of our Los Alamitos, CA office with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule. At Epson, our hybrid schedule is only 6 days per month.
Key Responsibilities 1. Brand and Product Marketing
Support in creating briefs, coordinating, and overseeing the design, editing, and deployment of promotional and product marketing materials such as web pages, banners, email marketing materials, sales collaterals and general advertisement assets, managing regional asset calendars and timelines
Possess strong data analysis skills will be key to provide reporting on campaigns and how they impact the business helping identifying target markets and assess demand for specific products or services, including local insights collection and synthesis of performance or brand/products
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of market development projects. Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to achieve objectives
2. Online Marketing
Collaborates with the SMM and Business development teams to create CRM and email marketing materials, consolidates performance feedbacks and assures product marketing integration across marketing automation, lead generation, email marketing, content management, syndication, and user journey optimization
Works closely with internal product and web teams to ensures that product websites, partner portal, and landing pages are accordingly maintained accurately
Monitors local e-tailer brand pages and ensures excellent online presence with key e-tailers
3. Marketing Operations
Drives marketing execution through Cross-collaboration with internal teams, clients, and partners will help to contribute to marketing strategy development
Supports all administrative and operational processes internally, along with country and regional deployments. Support to help identify marketing trends and innovative opportunities
Provides regular marketing reporting on campaigns, programs and activities reflecting clear read of the results of implemented plans
Effectively communicate project updates and strategies to internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment with market development goals
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field • 4+ years of proven experience in marketing communications, product management or agency - Latin America markets and consumer electronics are a plus • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with little to no supervision • Great knowledge of digital platforms and their application in market developments • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment • Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required. Portuguese is a plus
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $97,315 and $133,807. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
