The Opportunity:
Associate PM – Creative Operations helps to drive the completion of branded visual assets for assigned Brands through the consumer journey, from Packaging to eCommerce, and Social Media.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Track and maintain omnichannel asset creation projects in the project management tool, WorkFront, for assigned Mattel brands
- Work with cross functional partners to secure products (3D or images) for pack outs, packaging images and other omnichannel assets
- Facilitate and moderate weekly meetings to communicate asset deliverable dates and any resourcing issues that need escalation.
- Perform digital asset lifecycle maintenance activities such as ingesting, tagging and publishing
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong experience in project management, able to focus and multitask ·
- Experience using a project management tool – WorkFront strongly preferred
- Strong sense of organization, leadership, communication, and business acumen
- Professionalism - must possess excellent client service skills
- Ability to lead meetings and present at a high level
- Ability to create process and follow procedures
- Production experience a huge plus. Preflighting files and prepping assets for comp making.
The annual base salary range for this position is between $56,000.00 and $88,000.00.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
