Job Description
Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements to meet business growth, quality and scalability goals. Engages with other departments to better understand business requirements and collaborate on solutions. Researches best business practices within and outside the department to establish benchmark data.
- Actively monitor and report on strategic initiative outcomes to ensure a high Return on Investment.
- Collaborate within Merchant Payment Services/Elavon and U.S. Bank to develop customer engagement strategies which drive new customer acquisition.
- Engage sales leadership, marketing, finance, and other key partners responsible for executing customer engagement initiatives and campaigns.
- Leverage data to estimate and measure value from our initiatives (Objectives and Key Results -> Key Performance Indicators).
- Provide ongoing assessments and recommendations which result in sustainable and scalable growth across Digital (DIY and DIT) and Sales channels.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices, and basic understanding of business operations
- Effective influence, change management, and coaching skills
- Strong technical skills in process mapping, procedure creation, and controls
- In-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function
- Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills
- Extensive experience in building reports and dashboards
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $123,165.00 - $144,900.00 - $159,390.00
