What’s a typical day as a P-Card Suite Administrator?

• Issuing procurement cards and fuel cards
  

• Reviewing policy exception requests
  

• Fully learning and understanding procurement policies
  

• Performing monthly audits on the WEX and procurement card accounts
  

• Building monthly reporting in Excel
  

• Performing customer service functions for Customer Care Team and P-Card, including answering phones and emails
  

• Assisting with administrative functions like placing orders and managing department common areas
