Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the Warehouse Lending team, and ensuring the smooth operations of the Warehouse Lending Department. Performs a variety of clerical and administrative accounting duties as assigned. Responsibilities
Review client audited/ interim financial statements and prepare a year to year comparison financial analysis according to Warehouse Lending financial requirements.
Analyze and write up financial section of the credit administration memorandum based on the financial analysis and audited financial statements.
Responsible for reviewing monthly seller certification and calculation of financial covenants. Performs SOX controls validations against client trial balance report and Cash Suite application
Prepares clients financial exception waiver. Prepare clients line bulge requests to accommodate their month end volume
Create proposed variable terms for potential prospects
Assists with setting up clients’ user profile in the warehouse loan system
Responsible for entering daily interest index rates in the warehouse loan systems
Responsible for researching and solving accounting transaction discrepancies as needed
Assist with internal and external auditors’ requests.
Prepares and manages various accounting month-end reports which includes; Warehouse Activity Analysis; Trial balance reports for clients and Accounting Dept.
Assists the Funding Manager and/or SVP Directors of Operations during quarter end and year end reporting; assumes responsibility and gathers data for special projects.

Salary Range:$59,155.20- 73,944.00 USD; Final salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with geographic/market data.
