Qualifications

High school diploma
2 years of experience in corporate or a food manufacturing environment

Food Technology Specialist

Assisting in the development of new recipes
Adjusting formulas for product manufacturing
Collaborating with the research and development department
Compiling and recording test results
Evaluating product ingredients and formulations
Supervising test runs and evaluating the quality
Working closely with the research and development manager
