Job Abstract

A manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to join their team. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Approve incoming materials, in-process and outside production, finished products, and record quality results
• Interact with internal and external customer to understand technical requirements and resolve issues
• Visually inspect, test, or examine parts to ensure conformance to prints
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarize re-work and east, and input data into quality database
• Recommend the reprocessing of the low quality products
• Read prints and other specification to obtain product information
• Verify dimensional accuracy using micrometer, calipers, veneer height, dial indication, plug gauges, or other measuring devices
• Process customer returns, upkeep calibration records, create PPAP layouts, and use coordinate measuring machine
• Perform other duties as required
