REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team .0 years in omnichannel marketing, executing, managing campaigns, managing vendors, preferably for an e-commerce/retail organization, and managing a team, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Marketing for local businesses is preferred, with multi-site marketing experience and an in-depth understanding of SEO principles, PPC, LSA, online reviews, social media, and best practices. Experience working with various stakeholders, supporting multiple sites, and handling change management and integration of acquired entities, with excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excel in navigating a large organization, managing competing priorities, and adapting quickly to changing circumstances, ensuring alignment on business goals, KPIs, and market trends. Analyze performance, provide actionable recommendations, and deliver continuous improvements across the channel portfolio to increase impact, with proven analytics experience and exceptional organizational skills. A champion in continuously advancing one-to-one member engagement, with digital marketing expertise and agency management experience, including holding accountable for results.
