- Certified/trained in Culinary and Front-of-the-House Operations and can perform duties & coach/verify on a daily basis.- Certified food handler & can effectively teach and execute company safety and health procedures- Effectively communicates (through live convo's, email, etc) to Team Members, Management, & RSO - Acts as a role model in behaviors, dress, and guest interaction. Exhibits desired Pei Wei behaviors & standards & is a role model for dress, behavior, & interaction w/guests & team members- Effectively leads the team during the shift, through coaching, delegation, and verification.- Effectively follows/executes shift responsibilities as outlined on mod checklist -- to include admin, reporting, scheduling, SMG scores, cash handling, opening/closing duties, inventory/ordering, etc.- Effectively supports the onboarding/training process to include scheduling- Effectively performs cash handling procedures according to company policies- Effectively handles Guest relations & can coach team on behaviors to improve the guest experience- Promptly escalates any Employee relations concerns to the gm- Attends all store manager meetings- Effectively executes other tasks/duties as assigned.
