Position: Client Intake Analyst
Location: Century City, CA (hybrid, 2 days onsite)
Pay: $50,000 - $67,000 annually (Depending on experience)
Experience: 2+ years of law firm or professional services experience
Education: Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience

Job Description:
Review new file requests and amendments to existing files for quality and accuracy
Research new clients and conduct in-depth research of conflict parties using external databases, such as Hoovers, Dunn & Bradstreet, LexisNexis, and internet searches
Perform conflict searches on new file requests, identifying potential conflicts of interest, and conducting internal and external research on client entity
Analyze and summarize findings for review by the Ethics Committee and Business Intake Committee
Monitor Conflict Check Requests and Client Intake Approvals email boxes for incoming requests
Troubleshoot issues and escalating inquiries to appropriate staff or attorneys
Assist administrative staff with opening new files and processing change tasks
Position Requirements:
Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Strong communication skills: ability to interact in both written and oral form with all levels of the organization
Strong attention to detail and research abilities
Experience with logic-based searching is preferred
