We are seeking a highly organized technically qualified individual to provide project level support for our Building Sciences and Site Assessment groups in Long Beach, California. The successful candidate is one who is able to thrive in a dynmaic and fast-paced setting.

The key roles and responsibilities of this position are as follows-

• Work closely with project managers and other senior leaders in a technical capacity to ensure high quality, timely and value added environmental services to clients related to asbestos, lead, hazardous materials, site assessments, site remediation and other related environmental disciplines
• Conduct field work
• Prepare reports and other technical documents for client use
• Interface with clients on an appropriate technical level commensurate with skills and abilities
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals
• Manage assigned tasks as appropriate

• BA or BS in engineering, environmental studies, or related field
• Cal/OSHA CAC or CSST-or ability to sit for, and pass exam within three months of hire
• CDPH Lead certification
• 40 Hour HAZWOPER

The pay range for this California position is $85,000- $95,000 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
