This is a limited-term district temporary position to assist the EForms Team in migrating from the Nintex 0365 version of EForms software to Nintex Automation Workflow Cloud (formerly Nintex Workflow Cloud). In this capacity, the individual serves as the resident authority in Nintex and functions in a quality assurance role reviewing and recommending approval of proposed technology solutions and designs from other staff and consultants. This individual may function as a senior project manager on complex information technology initiatives. In the role of senior project manager, areas of responsibility include directing project teams, developing schedules, project plans, proposals, budgets, and status reports applying cost-benefit methodologies to monitor progress and success, and managing projects to completion.
The Principal Info Tech Analyst (Nintex) is a limited-term position for up to three years on the EForms Management Team.
In this position, you will demonstrate your experience in process management and workflow automation using software such as Nintex. This position will demonstrate your experience as a designer, analyst, and programmer with comprehensive knowledge and experience in SharePoint, Nintex O365, Nintex New Responsive form design, and knowledgeable in complex workflow development using Nintex O365 (SharePoint online) and Nintex Automation Cloud and add-on products (e.g., DocGen, ProMapp, Signature software, etc.) that provide for advanced workflows.
This position utilizes your knowledge of SharePoint and workflow development best practices and strong experience in developing and troubleshooting complex SharePoint integrated (e.g., Nintex) workflow solutions, including experience creating SharePoint site definitions.
As the Principal Info Tech Analyst (Nintex), Metropolitan Water District’s EForms Management, you will lead the migration from the Nintex O365 environment to Nintex Automation Cloud. You will work with the EForms Team, users, and business units throughout and during the migration process to ensure workflows are well understood and work as expected post-migration. Work closely with the EForms Management Team, SharePoint Developers, and the SharePoint Administrators to gain knowledge of the existing environment, the progress made thus far in the migration, outstanding issues and challenges, and the migration plan. You will support migrating content types, lists, forms, workflows, etc., between the development environment and production using ShareGate. Use DocGen technology to pull data from multiple resources using predefined rules into a custom template in Word.
You will develop, maintain, and support Enterprise EForms and automate workflows in various business entities. You will assist units, teams, and users transitioning from legacy systems to modern cloud solutions. You will also work with the Records Management Manager to maintain best practices and document for taxonomies.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and eight years of increasingly responsible experience, of which two years must have been at the Senior Programmer Analyst or Senior Systems Analyst level.
Or
A combination of education and relevant experience equaling ten years with a minimum associate degree of which two years must have been at the Senior Programmer Analyst or Senior Systems Analyst level.
Or
A combination of education and relevant experience equaling twelve years with a minimum high school diploma or a certificate of high school equivalency of which two years must have been at the Senior Programmer Analyst or Senior Systems Analyst level.
Increasingly Responsible Experience is defined as: A combination of experience which includes Nintex, implementing business processes, electronic forms and layout, User Interface/ User Experience using BPM tools, PowerApps, and/or other tools on-prem, cloud-based, or SharePoint. Implement solutions with multiple data sources, such as Web services, SQL Server, or O365 SharePoint Lists.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Nintex certifications in O365 and Nintex Automation Cloud (Preferred)
Expertise in developing forms and workflow using Nintex O365 (New Responsive)
Hands-on experience migrating from forms and workflows from Nintex 0365 to Nintex Workflow Cloud
Microsoft .Net and SQL development experience
Application integration and web-related technologies, with a thorough understanding of process mapping, application design, and programming
Business analysis experience
Six Sigma Certification/Lean Certification
