Sales Account Manager - Plastics - Base Salary to 140k/year – Cleveland, OH

• Our client is an industry-leading plastic polymer supplier to the automotive industry. They are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to represent their company. This is a fantastic remote opportunity with a stable and growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Manager and grow existing sales accounts.
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of business relationship
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
• Assist marketing in planning and execution of goals.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports of department goals and objectives.
• Work cross functionally with various departments to help grow sales and increase revenue.
• Travel onsite to meet with customers on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• MUST have 3+ years polymer/plastic sales experience selling to the automotive industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required (master’s preferred).
• Experience managing/growing sales accounts.
• Willingness to travel upwards to 50% (mostly day trips)
• Reside within 200 miles of either Detroit, MI or Cleveland, OH

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 140k/year
• Up to 12 % target bonus
