Job Description
Cape Fox Shared Services (CFSS) is seeking an experienced Senior Information Technology and Services Manager to join our talented, Chantilly based team. The Senior Information Technology and Services Manager plans, directs, and ensures all aspects of the Cape Fox Information Technology (IT) Department maintains a high availability of IT services, while minimizing any risk of cyber-attack or loss of data. As a hands-on leader, the Senior Information Technology and Services Manager brings deep technical knowledge delivering a reliable and secure IT environment while being accountable for building the IT infrastructure and architecture to support sustainable and scalable growth. The Senior Information Technology and Services Manager is expected to cultivate relationships with all levels of Cape Fox management, staff, Board Directors, vendors, third party resources, and shareholders while collaborating across departments to support the needs of the company and fostering a high level of customer service.
Duties:
Work in partnership with senior management to achieve corporate objectives by leading enterprise IT projects from initiation to successful delivery by identifying and managing project risks and developing a resolution strategy.
Lead geographically dispersed technical teams to ensure objectives are achieved within agreed schedule and budget.
Manage the Help Desk Ticketing System.
Manage all Third-Party vendors supporting the IT Department and related software and hardware vendors for company technology systems collaborating with Accounting and Finance to achieve effective cost management and maximize savings.
Procure software, licenses, hardware, or other items needed to support the business.
Manage and maintain Cape Fox and subsidiaries CMMC and other IT related certifications.
Mentor and coach staff and direct employees on work assignments.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry related rules, laws, regulations, industry standards, and best practices for the company IT business needs.
Ensure data is properly secured and backed up regularly and that there is a sound business continuity plan.
Support the Cloud-based software solutions and strategy.
Document business processes to convey requirements to technical staff.
Define the business case for objectives of new projects, including identification of business needs.
May be required to support federal contract specific requirements and utilize third party resources when necessary to meet federal client needs.
Ensure at least one IT employee is onsite each workday at the Chantilly office location.

Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology is preferred but not required.
Minimum of 7 years of applicable experience in the IT field is required.
Some supervisory experience is preferred.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Ability to think creatively and be driven by opportunities to continually improve.
Must be highly flexible, organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and team building skills.

Ability to work under deadline pressure, handle stress and deliver professional results.
Technical background and knowledge of IT Infrastructure and/or software development.
Strong knowledge of technical management and information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
Ability to explain highly technical concepts in simple terms to non-IT employees and third parties.
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure, Active Directory, Help Desk software, various monitoring and anti-virus software, and Outlook.
Ability to travel occasionally.
Ability to obtain security clearance.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
