Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Provide speech pathology services to patients in the acute setting at both Westwood and Santa Monica campuses
Perform clinical swallow evaluations and treatment for patients with dysphagia
Perform MBSS, FEES and communication/cognition evaluation and treatment
Cover weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed
Must be available to cover 2 holidays per year and 2 weekend dates per month

Position may convert to career.

Salary range: 66.31-81.03 hourly

Job Qualifications

California State Speech Pathology license
Able to efficiently learn new computer and clinic systems
Possess a high level of clinical skill to work with complex medical and social situations
Excellent critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent documentation abilities
Experience with MBSS and communication/cognition evaluation and treatment require
Experience with FEES preferred but not required
Experience with pediatrics is a plus
