Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 17.5%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 17.5%

The Treasury Relationship Manager plays a key role responsible for partnering, identifying, analyzing, selling treasury management products and services to new and established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients or as self-sourced leads. The Treasury Relationship Manager acquires and skillfully develops new client relationships to support banks deposit and fee income growth goals. Works independently and uses initiative in carrying out assignments; requiring minimal guidance from the sales leader.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the treasury management sales process from initial consultation and sale through post-implementation follow-up to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
- Partner with Sales Management in the development and direct sale of depository and treasury management products and services to new and existing relationship
- Evaluate cash-flow, working capital, and operational needs of clients and prospects to provide consultative recommendations on improving their business processes using Axos Bank’s suite of TM products and services
- Analyze prospects’ banking activity and prepare comprehensive pricing proposals
- Prepare and perform ongoing/periodic relationship reviews
- Collaborate with management to develop a marketing strategy, establish sales objectives, and deploy new services & enhancements while focusing on the needs of top tier clients
- Actively cross-sells appropriate banking solutions to new and existing clients
- Actively manages portfolio for growth, risk mitigation, referral opportunity and retention
- Sales activity: direct calling, networking activities, outbound phone calls, e-mail, trade conferences, appropriate social media marketing
- Proactively partners with lending teams to bid and win new operating relationships with middle market companies ($10 million plus in annual revenues)
- Responsible to meet individual assigned sales goals of deposit generation, fee income and new relationships to the bank
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' banking sales and/or relationship management
- Direct experience with Specialty Deposit market verticals, notably Title & Escrow
- Proven track record with generating new business and growing a client portfolio Prior experience in a sales or relationship management role at a financial institution
