Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue wholesale real estate opportunities in the local market.
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and other industry professionals.
Conduct property research, analysis, and due diligence to assess investment potential.
Negotiate contracts and oversee transactions from acquisition to closing.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and foster a supportive work environment.
Sell properties from our private off-market inventory.
Requirements:
Valid real estate license.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
