Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform various library constructions, including 10x Genomics single-cell sequencing and spatial gene expression analysis.

• Collaborate with the Core Director to develop and execute new and existing technical procedures and applications.

• Assist in the implementation of novel assay/sequencing platforms and other laboratory development projects.

Salary Range: $64,496.38 - $103,718.76/year

Job Qualifications

• Proficient in a wide range of molecular biology techniques, including DNA and RNA extraction, reverse transcription, in vitro transcription, PCR, and QRT-PCR.

• Experience with NGS sequencing is highly desirable.

• PhD in molecular biology, genetics, or biotechnology preferred.
