Lakeshore’s People Team is growing, and we are currently searching for a dynamic HR Business Partner to align business objectives with our employees and management in designated business units. Reporting to our Senior Director of Retail HR, you will create partnerships across the Retail field to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects our business objectives. A day in the office looks like this: 

• Serving as the central point of contact for all field-related HR matters in the 28+ stores in the Eastern Region, including HR operational tasks 
• Partnering with Retail recruiters to support efforts to fully staff stores. 
• Consulting with Retail management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. 
• Working closely with Retail store management, Territory Managers, Senior Regional Directors, and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. 
• Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues; conducting effective,?thorough, and objective investigations 
• Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to Retail management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)? 
• Building and engaging in talent reviews and performance management processes to ensure internal talent is developed effectively, and that gaps are appropriately identified and addressed. 
• Participating in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success; following up to ensure training objectives are met. 
• Leveraging workforce analytics to execute HR dashboards, ad hoc reports, and employee engagement surveys to identify HR trends. 
• Providing guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning 
• Integrating and partnering with COEs in the Retail Field Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Benefits teams to implement solutions to support business scale and expansion.? 
• Establishing compensation strategy based on internal and external market research to incorporate into the business. 
• Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation 
• Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal?risks?and ensuring compliance, partnering with the legal department.
