Cetera Financial Group (CFG) is currently seeking a Senior Product Marketing Specialist - Wealth Management who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to both our captive financial advisor audience to drive revenue growth and adoption of Cetera’s solutions and direct-to-consumer marketing through affiliate firms and financial professionals to acquire new wealth management clients and gather more assets from existing clients. This role will work closely with our wealth management and marketing leadership team to align marketing strategies and execute plans with the business outcomes to be achieved.
What you will do:

Develop and execute B2B and B2B2C marketing plans, including managing relationships with third parties for copywriting, design, and strategy execution.
Drive development and accentuation of unique value propositions and incorporate brand and marketing messages appropriately to drive outsized growth.
Act as a primary marketing point of contact for affiliated firms focused on building and increasing adoption of marketing programs designed to increase wealth management business and ensure ready access to marketing resources.
Develop, direct, and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns aligned with firm priorities and growth goals.
Represent the viewpoint of the financial advisor and end client in the content creation and strategic planning process with internal partners.
Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing plans and campaigns, adjusting as needed to maximize engagement and adoption.
Develop, review, and revise content and messaging to help with targeted sales and education efforts.

What you need to have:
Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in marketing roles.
Financial services experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Direct experience in wealth management / RIA marketing preferably with both direct-to-consumer and B2B2C marketing programs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including knowledge of AP Style.
Strong proficiency in a variety of computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Travel Requirement: Up to 20%
What is nice to have:
Familiarity with content management systems, analytics tracking, client relationship management tools, and social media and email marketing platforms. Proficiency in Marketo is a plus.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodology.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $105,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
