My client is looking for a skilled Project Manager to supervise and coordinate the construction of a new hospital in Easton, MD. Oversee all project phases from inception to conclusion, guaranteeing timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and high-quality standards.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
Create and manage project schedules and financial plans.
Foster effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project advancement and ensure work quality.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports to senior management and clients on a consistent basis.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
Demonstrated experience in healthcare construction projects or strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) experience preferred.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and adhere to strict deadlines.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is advantageous.
