POSITION DETAILS
The Fullerton School District and Personnel Commission is seeking a qualified individual for substitute Technology, Library and Media Assistant positions. As a Technology, Library and Media Assistant, you are to assist teachers and students in operating and utilizing current technology and library media center-related resources, and troubleshooting computer equipment, systems, and instructional web-based resources to support teaching and learning, and perform a variety of clerical duties associated with maintaining and operating a library media center.
Typical work hours are during school hours, Monday through Friday and may vary depending on school site needs.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEEducation: Graduation from high school or GED is required. Completion of 48 college units or more related to the knowledge and ability requirements of this classification from an institution of higher learning recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation is desirable. Verifiable technology and/or computer related college coursework may be substituted for the required experience.
Experience: Three (3) months of experience working with school-aged students in instructional technology and/or library media is required.
