The Global Brand Marketing team is looking for a passionate, nimble, and business-savvy leader to run operations and strategy for a large organization that touches all facets of Salesforce marketing. This role will have the support of several dedicated resources such as program management, finance, recruiting, and others.
This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Global Brand Marketing.
Our ideal candidate will be an expert at leading the following activities:
V2MOM - Guide and manage our V2MOM annual planning structure and progress towards goals
Budget management: oversight, prioritization, and guidance around the allocation of the program's budget for all teams within this organization
Change management: planning programs to shift processes and behavior, rallying other leaders on this team to support and inspire innovative ways to work
Leadership alignment: facilitating the conversations required to gain agreement among leaders within this team and with leaders outside this team
Workforce management: planning programs to shift processes and behavior, rallying other leaders on this team to support and inspire innovative ways to work
Operational education: orienting leaders and employees to working models, operational considerations, and the day-to-day running of peer brand teams
Brand networking: building a network and establishing alignment process among the brand teams within Salesforce sub-brands
Organizational structure: streamlining and reshaping to respond to changes in business priorities
Quarterly and annual planning: guiding the project, budget, and staffing planning
Agency and vendor management: ensuring the supplier strategy is optimized and structured to fit the needs of the team
Process design: optimizing and shaping any and all processes related to day-to-day performance and delivery
Department innovation: examining and rethinking the department, bringing in new skills
Holistic leadership: taking a big picture view of the needs, goals, and moving pieces of this department
Requirements:
15+ years marketing or agency operations experience
Managing multi-million dollar budgets
Running a marketing planning processAgency and vendor management
Unflappable poise and confidence-inspiring presence in working with peers on this team and across the Marketing organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in multiple channels: Slack, email, 1:1, large group settings, and others.
Ability to embrace change as the role evolves

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $210,400 to $320,800.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
