Job Purpose:
Our Dual Driver and Warehouse Worker will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by ensuring that orders are pulled, loaded, delivered and picked up as routed in a timely and safe manner.
Job Responsibilities:
\u25CF Provide professional and courteous interactions with customers to provide a positive experience.
\u25CF Visually inspect loaded trucks to ensure the orders are pulled, packaged, converted, shipped, and loaded properly to avoid damages during transportation. Report all defects or equipment problems to supervisor.
\u25CF Transport goods and supplies in the warehouse and offsite to customers working within established procedures to ensure on-time delivery.
\u25CF Report any problems or issues with facilities and customers.
\u25CF Follow a range of mandatory work instructions to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others.
\u25CF Deliver general warehouse tasks using various material handling equipment to ensure all goods and supplies are stored and recorded with agreed procedures.
\u25CF File and retrieve the proper documents and delivery records from the company filing systems while monitoring the inventory quality and quantity availability.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
\u25CF Must observe all Department of Transportation and driving regulations. Must have a safe driving record and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
\u25CF Ability to operate a variety of material handling equipment required.
\u25CF Familiarity with a computerized warehouse system preferred.
Work Experience:
\u25CF 1-3 years of related job experience.
\u25CF Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
\u25CF Strong planning and organization skills are required.
\u25CF Verifiable Class A license and 12+ months driving experience compliant with all regulatory requirements.
Education:
\u25CF High School Diploma/GED Preferred

The work environment for this position includes:
\u25CF Regularly working in outside weather conditions, exposure to extremes of temperature, visibility, wet and/or humid conditions and vibrations.
\u25CF Exposure to loud noise.
\u25CF Exposure to dust, mechanical hazards, moving objects, and moving vehicles.
Physical Requirements:
The physical requirements listed below are representative of those needed to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.\u00A0
\u25CF Ability to lift, twist and carry 50 \u2013 75 pounds, manipulate (push and pull) up to 160 pounds of product with material handling equipment, and skids weighing up to 2,000 pounds utilizing pallet jack.
\u25CF Walking/Standing - walk throughout the warehouse to complete customer orders. Stand when operating order picker or reach truck equipment and when operating cutter.
\u25CF Sitting - sit only when driving sit-down material handling equipment. \u00A0
\u25CF Lifting - lift items weighing a few ounces up to 150 pounds with assistance.\u00A0
\u25CF Stooping - performed when filling orders or putting away products assigned to floor level locations. May bend at the waist.
\u25CF Kneeling - kneel when filling orders or putting away products assigned to floor level locations.
