We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow BCM Developer to join our client’s team in Woodlawn, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing solution design using industry best practices. This direct-hire role is located in Woodlawn, MD, and requires onsite presence 2 days per week. Candidates must live within 2 hours of the client-site.
Per our client contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders, eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance. The candidate must be willing to wait for the 4-to-6-week clearance process.
Responsibilities
Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, flow, workflow, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, Catalog Items, Integrations and any other ServiceNow related configurations
Work closely with the team lead to translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features
Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.
Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with team lead and other developers
Lead efforts and provide guidance in requirements gathering and developing/documenting process workflows
Develop ServiceNow solutions and push developments from DEV to TEST to PROD using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree AND 7 years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform, to include scoped/custom application development.
5 years of experience with the following:
Custom inbound and outbound REST and SOAP integrations.
