The postdoctoral research associate will also have key opportunities to collaborate work with a diverse research team; develop research protocols and data collection tools.; collect primary data; manage and analyze large data sets; prepare manuscripts (first and co-authored papers), abstracts, and grant applications; and play a key leadership role in the team. Within this context, a major focus of the position is the advancement of the postdoctoral research associate’s professional development through a range of research experiences, networking activities, grant writing, and manuscript preparation.
