REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION INCLUDE:
• Any combination equivalent to: master's degree in business, educational or public administration, finance or related field; CBO certificate preferred; five years district and/or site level
supervisorial administrative experience.
• Valid California driver's license and the ability to maintain insurability under the District’s vehicle insurance policy.
• Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, local laws, codes, regulations, and policies related to assigned activities; management of fiscal, business, purchasing/warehouse, and technology and
information systems policies, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of accounting, auditing, and administration principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Bargaining Unit contracts and negotiation techniques.
• Knowledge of budget preparation and position control; technology and information systems; property and liability; purchasing and warehouse operations.
• Ability to administer, plan, coordinate and supervise the purchasing/warehouse, technology and information systems, the District’s property and liability program, business services and
financial operations of the District.
• Ability to review and approve the preparation of annual District, department and school annual budgets.
• Ability to assemble and analyze data and make appropriate recommendations; communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to oversee the maintenance of a variety of program and project reports; make oral presentations.
