Job Responsibilities
As a Data Migration Specialist, you will:
- Technical experience regarding data models (logical and physical) database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity issues.
- Perform mass data imports/exports using the API or various import tools.
- Apply strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and distribute substantial amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with ETL development tools and data warehouse architecture techniques.
- Working knowledge of databases (Microsoft SQL, Oracle, DB2), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks).
- Knowledge of and experience using analytical reporting tools.
- Familiar with effective approaches and practical experience in data migration, data quality, master data management, and data security, including the use of relevant tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a Government security clearance that requires U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data migration or related roles.
- Direct experience with Salesforce products and platform (Lightning experience preferred)
- Experience with databases (Microsoft SQL, Oracle, DB2), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
- Proven track record of successfully implementing data migration projects
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $85K -$120K.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
