Emerging ED Nurse Leaders are encouraged to apply, but BSNs are preferred. Those with their MSN and/or CEN will earn quick interviews. Nursing Leadership experience is essential, as is a demonstrated commitment and support to diversity and evidence-based practice. Fellow ED Assistant Nurse Directors, ED Clinical Nurse Supervisors, Emergency Department Nurse Educators, and the Trauma Program Manager will support this RN Leader. They will also report to an approachable and knowledgeable Senior Nurse Director of Emergency and Trauma Services.
