5+ years experience in Technical Program Management, product strategy, strategy consulting, or similar role. 5+ years experience in IT with duties such as supporting Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, RedHat), Networking concepts and hardware support. Working knowledge of scripting and automation tools (Ansible, Python, UNIX shell). Comfortable working in a busy, ever-changing environment and helping bring order to chaos. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and prioritize critical tasks.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related business degree or may consider of equivalent work experience. Self-driven and ability to identify tasks/activities required to keep the environment healthy. Deep understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Gigabit Ethernet) and storage (SAN, RAID levels, fiber-channel, and iSCSI) Significant people and organizational management skills. A natural leader and mentor.
