Position: DEI Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote (Southern California)
Pay: $50,000 to $60,000 annually (non-exempt)
Experience: 2+ years law firm or professional services diversity, equity and inclusion experience to coordinate/execute and publicize firm diversity programs.
Education: Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Position Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) iManage, and Zoom.
Candidate will be a highly organized team player with strong attention to detail, excellent communication/interpersonal abilities, and stellar client services skills.
Ability to exercise appropriate judgment regarding sensitive confidential matters and meet required deadlines is needed.
