What’s a typical day as a Sales Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive a culture of customer excellence and operational efficiency
• Driving the creation, maintenance, and adherence of business rule and order performance metrics
• Acting as the primary interface between regional sales team members and Divisional HQ to support fulfillment of daily inventory needs
• Coordinating the movement of inventory across the assigned region and ensuring accurate transactional information is available through CRM and ERP platform
• Reviewing daily and weekly surgery demand and supporting other CO Team members to ensure appropriate plans are in place
• Effectively communicating order status to stakeholders and driving oversight of the order fulfillment process
• Training and developing knowledge of Stryker Spine Product portfolio to ensure accuracy in interpretation of customer needs
• Participating in documenting current processes and developing best practices roadmap for the Commercial Operations Team
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Have a working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
• Are proficient in using MS Excel (Power BI preferred)
• Have orthopedic or medical device experience (preferred)
• Have strong communication and multi-tasking skills
• Are able to interact with different levels of an organization and build effective relationships through teamwork
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have proven ability to manage projects effectively from design through completion
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access)
