We're currently hiring for an On-Call Desktop Publisher
As an On-Call Desktop Publisher, you will:
- Utilize Microsoft Word to design and format documents including long-format reports, guides, and manuals, maintaining a consistent and polished look.
- Generate and integrate clear and compelling charts, graphs, and other visual representations to convey information in an easily digestible format.
- Implement and manage document style sheets, templates, and standard formatting guidelines to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
You will have:
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in publication design with 7+ years of experience, particularly with Microsoft Word, highlighted by a robust portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or equivalent experience in a related field.
Professional Skills
- Extensive knowledge using styles to format Word documents and developing templates for large, complex documents.
In order to be considered, candidates must include a portfolio with their resume/application.
Job Location(s): The preferred candidate will work remote in the DC metro area. However, we will consider qualified applicants across the United States.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$52,488.00 - $89,230.00
