Job Purpose
Responsible for driving investment strategy, owning roadmap, and product-level operational and financial success for the Workflow Automation product pillar.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a product vision, strategy and roadmap that maps to company goals and strategy
Responsible and accountable for setting product growth targets with CFO and achievement of targets in assigned product area
Design and own product and go-to-market strategies to drive product growth, adoption, and meet growth level targets to include facilitation around product roadmap; measure return and calibrate organization as needed
Perform due diligence, market research, data synthesis and analysis, anticipate market trends, and have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape for the products you own
Identify new opportunities, assesses the product performance in the broader landscape, and helps develop long-term strategic plans for existing and future product/solution lines.
Collaborate with Product Development in gathering, analyzing, and assessing business requirements to translate into features of our strategy and overall data portfolio
Communicate strategy, roadmaps, and priorities across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executive levels, customers, and prospects
Work closely with the product management, corporate development, channel, strategic alliance and broader cross-functional leadership teams to ensure the company achieves its long-term overall portfolio vision and solution business goals
Ensure appropriate metrics are in place to measure progress on strategic initiatives
Required Experience
Qualifications
5-10 year experience as a proven and respected thought-leader among mid/large enterprise software leading technology companies
Expertisewith Intelligent Automation (IA) / Business Process Management (BPM) software platforms
Expertise with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) software solutions
Healthy balance of technical, financial, and go-to-marketskills
Ability to motivate and lead people and hold employees accountable
Recognized thought leader in automation, analytics, and AI
Problem-solving skills to identify complex problems, evaluate options and execute solutions

The base salary range for this role, across the US is $135,000 - $180,000.
