Leads method development, optimization, validation and transfer activities.
Mentors junior scientists.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum education required for competent performance: Bachelor s Degree – Chemistry or equivalent with experience in a regulated environment Minimum experience number of month/years and type of work experience beyond formal education required for competent performance: 7+ years of experience in research and development with BS Degree. 5+ years of experience in research and development with MS Degree. 2+ years of experience in research and development with PhD. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, and practices of Analytical Chemistry
Project employee will provide scientific services for the Analytical Chemistry department.
Project employee will create new test methods and validate test methods as needed. Will design experiments using appropriate analytical methodologies.
