Your Opportunity as the Senior Analyst, Procurement Operations
As the Senior Analyst, Procurement Operations you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and systems by acting as a subject matter expert and tier 1 support for our Indirect Procurement platform. This role will also participate in a collaborative environment to support departmental and cross functional initiatives. Continuous improvement identification and implementation will also be a focal point as we strive to enhance our capabilities, efficiencies and overall user experience.
Location: Orrville, OH
Work Arrangements:30% in office expectation (~6 days per month)
In this role you will:
Day to day responsibilities including:
Act as the primary point-of-contact and subject matter expert for the Indirect P2P processes
Provide tier 1 support to the organization for questions and/or issues relating to the Indirect P2P business processes
Seek to drive effective procurement processes supported by company policies and procedures
Act as a change agent driving consistent messaging and synergies to create a standardized process across the organization
Conduct testing, as required, to verify and validate system performance remains consistent with our expectations
Act as a liaison between IS, Corporate Procurement and other cross-functional partners
Project related and additional tasks as required
Identify, evaluate and implement enhancement opportunities in the P2P platform to support continuous improvement
Participate and/or lead efforts related to departmental and cross-functional initiatives (including system and process implementations/upgrades, M&A integrations, etc.)
Perform, as needed, audits for both our Internal and External auditors in support of our Audit Schedule
Train the broader organization on new processes and systems (including assisting in or leading the development and review of materials)

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, information technology, business or related field
2 years of Procurement systems experience (e.g., Oracle, Sap, BuyerQuest, Ariba, etc.)
Experience in implementing and/or supporting a P2P solution
Strong desire to seek out and drive system enhancements to improve the end user experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills adaptable for all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to think critically and conceptually
Self-motivated, takes initiative and has a strong attention to detail
Additional skills and experiences that we think would make someone successful in this role:
Adaptability to navigate dynamic business environments and timelines
Use of various reporting/analytics tools and software (e.g., Excel, Spotfire, Tableau)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work based on competing assignments / timelines
